APAWL’D began quietly — not in a big city or a flashy studio — but with a small, close-knit team in a small town. We’re designers, pet owners, and outdoor lovers who believed that pets who brave the cold deserve the same level of thought, care, and quality as the gear made for people.

What started as a few sketches at a kitchen table became a clear mission: create winter outerwear for dogs and cats that actually works — pieces that feel good, hold up to real use, and protect without cutting corners.

Every APAWL’D jacket is designed with real life in mind. Cold mornings. Snowy walks. Muddy paws. We focus on comfort, durability, and fit, making sure each piece keeps pets warm while allowing them to move freely — whether it’s worn by a tiny pup or a big, adventure-loving companion.

But APAWL’D is about more than outerwear.

From the very beginning, we committed to giving back. A portion of our proceeds is donated to non-profit organizations that work to prevent animal abuse and abandonment, as well as to local animal shelters that care for pets in need. Supporting these efforts is a responsibility we take seriously, and it’s something we’re proud to build into our brand.
